Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Product Returns

• Engines or Transmissions may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
• No restocking or shipping fees apply if the product arrives damaged or defective.
• Contact our support team before sending any item back.
• A restocking fee of 25% applies to non-defective returns.
• Customers are responsible for round trip shipping unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.

Core Returns

Core returns are eligible for a full refund of the core deposit when the core is:

• The same part number or exact match
• Complete (no missing major components)
• Free of cracks or holes in the block, head, or housing
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

We will issue a prepaid return label once the core return is requested. Cores that are incomplete or returned outside the return window may receive a partial or no refund.

Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled without a cancellation fee.
• A cancellation fee of 10% applies to all orders cancelled prior to shipping.
• If the item has already shipped, you must follow our standard return process upon receipt.
• Custom or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.
